'Text Button' is very stupid design

Problem: In Windows Explorer's toolbar, 'Text Button' very very crowded.
If you use the Netbook, it only has 9-inch display...very low Screen Resolution.

Problem: in linux gnome desktop environment,
'Details', 'List', 'Small Icons' view mode also show thumbnails.
Includes all picture files, video files, text files, etc...
but Windows can't.

Solution: add custom option by user to toggle

Editor can automatic remeber last EDIT/READ documents state.
When you mouse cursor stay in Ln 32, Col 7 with some documents, Colse this documents.
Next time open this documents. It will automatic go to Ln 32, Col 7...
