Changed solution description.

Allow all apps to have their taskbar icon

If the recycle bin can be pinned at the taskbar ppl can drag stuff easely into it without minimizing all windows :-D

I always get frustrated about that...

Change the UI and add some features in WMP 12

Wrote on January 4, 2009, 10:13am

The dark background of the mockup looks way better then the standard IMO the WMP12 has to many light colors.
It's much easier to see the differents between a menu and content (in this case the music library) when they have a different background color.

Also not sure if this is done but some people like coverflow, need EQ and ipod??, some not...
so why not make these features as plugins for it?

Make an Advanced Install

Wrote on January 4, 2009, 9:00am

Good to see microsoft is working on that, but i think it better to install windows features like WMP from the dvd or a network source like Windows Update?
Having features in install-ready packages on your computer still gives people the same idea of having "wasted space", since we're in a time that netbook sales rising with ernormous numbers and their hard drive only has no less more then a 16gb SSD. So if the OS is big, users have less space for their personal stuff.

Internet Explorer Mutiple Download Dialogue's

Wrote on January 4, 2009, 12:01am

I think a download in a new tab like google's chrome browser is a better option ( you can acces it with ctrl + j ). It contains a history of your downloads and ofcourse files that are downloading. Only the bad thing of google chrome is when you exit the browser with an active download, it will be canceled without warning.
