The Ribbon disappears in narrow windows
If you make a Paint or Wordpad window very narrow, the Ribbon and Quick Access Toolbar disappear completely. See the screenshots below.

Either disable scaling Ribbonned windows down past a certain point, so the Ribbon is always visible, or add a visual cue that the ribbon is there. Either a version with smaller icons or a dropdown menu.

1. Add an option for custom-ordering the icons in the dropdown menu of the Quick Access Toolbar, as is the case with the Office 2007 programs. Anyway, replicating the Office Ribbon functionality (than just the looks) would offer more consistency.

When you open the WLMessenger Jump List, and change your status, the choice is not reflected on the Jump List itself. It just keeps the state it had when invoked.

Thumbnail previews not available
A issue that occured in Vista. Some applications will not show a thumbnail of their window in thumbnail previews (and in Aero Peek now in 7). Instead they just show a grey space and the program's icon instead of the window's contents. I suspect (more...)

Rating stars in Now Playing list (WMP12)
When in Libray mode, if you expand the song list, the 5-star rating controls show up, like in wmp11. When in Now Playing mode, however, they don't, however much you stretch the list. I know there's the right-click menu for this stuff, but ease (more...)
