Windows Live Photo Gallery - Takes Time to Find Out Hidden Features
In Windows Live Photo Gallery (wave 3 release), it has a feature to stitch multiple photos together.

Suggestion: When user right-click on 1 photo, do not hide the "Create panoramic photo..." menu item. Just gray out the menu so that user knows that such feature is available.

Windows Live Photo Gallery - Auto Save
Basically, when you view a photo in WLPG and click the Fix button at the top, you may adjust the photo with a bunch of tools. As soon as you click "Back to Gallery" button, it will automatically save the original copy to a system folder without (more...)
Just add an advanced option inside the program so that user can disable this auto-save feature.
