"Busy" mouse cursor stuttering

Problem: Yet another stuttering issue in 7! The default "busy" mouse cursor has at least one last frame missing, which causes the animation to not loop correctly.

Problem: The Aero animations for newly opened, restored and closed windows aren't smooth. There's a slight stutter, which is mostly noticable during the close animation - it looks almost like there's a frame or two missing in the begining of it.

Bold text switches to Arial when regional settings changed [fixed in 7077]

Problem: When regional options are changed from default English to, for example, Polish, every bold text in the UI changes to a non-bold Arial font. The example screenshot shows the copy window, where the From and To names should be in bold... but aren't (more...)

Solution: Keep the bold Segoe UI font...
