Tooltip for Close/Minimise/Maximise uses XP style

Problem: Incredibly, the tooltips for these buttons STILL haven't been updated from the old XP style.

Solution: Use the standard tooltip style.

Closing laptop should NOT hibernate after shutdown has been ordered

Problem: When I physically close my laptop computer, Windows goes into hibernation, which is a good thing since it saves battery power.

Solution: Once a system shutdown has been ordered, disable the service that puts the system into hibernation when the laptop is being physically closed.

Make Error Codes Copyable

Problem: I Have noticed that when an update fails the error code is not copyable. i want to use Google, not the windows vista forums the link brings you to.

Don't wait for one disk/network operation to complete in order to continue - multitask!

Text glow on alt-tab window isn't properly cleared

Windows Image & Fax Viewer doesn't animate animated gifs

Problem: If you double-click a .gif on a folder, it'll open IE, but if you cycle to it using the image viewer, it won't animate.

Solution: Animate GIFs? also, make it faster, not like XP which did but at 1/2 of the real speed.

No Undo option in Snipping Tool

Problem: You can't undo anything in snipping tool using Ctrl + Z you must use the eraser and that's annoying.

Title Text/Icons are Vertically Misaligned in Scenic Ribbon

Problem: Text and Icons in the title bar of applications using the Scenic Ribbon are pushed down 5 pixels futher than usual, making them misaligned vertically.

Missing icons in start menu :(

Problem: If you make a shortcut in your desktop and then pin it to the start menu, then delete it, you'll get a missing icon :(. You can also right-click the item and go to its properties and you'll see the icon, but it doesn't update in the start (more...)

Improve space around clock in icontray when using small icons

Problem: In normal mode, the clock shows time and date, hence the space taken by it is governed by the date as it is longer.
If small icons in the taskbar is chosen, only the clock is displayed but the space taken is the same.

Solution: Resize the clock placeholder size in order to better accommodate the displayed information.

keep Menu Selected Item color layout consistency for Windows 7
