[Website] A report duplicate button
I've seen a couple duplicates on this site, and I try to search for copy before I make my own, but sometimes I miss things. The "Related suggestions" help, but still aren't good enough

We should have a report duplicate button somewhere so that if two post are made of the same thing, then the mods can decided to delete or merge, or whatever they decide.
Also make sure to require people to enter the ID or URL of the duplicate (more...)
